Start up Problem

This may be due to a faulty hard disk as it could be preventing the unit from completing the post, if you can take bottom panel off and remove the hard disk then try booting, it should complete post and then you will know, let me know if this works, if it does post then it means you will need a new hard disk.

I turn on asus laptop and it seems to be can't complete "POST".

r u sure that your comp isnt completing POST coz from the issue stated i suspect that it could be a hdd issue. try doing an OSRI from a bootable disc and this should resolve the issue.., else try running DIAGS on the hdd to check if there is any issue with the HDD.

How can i get my hp to complete a post test?

All laptops complete the POST on their own while showing you the brand logo. It is all done in the background unlike the desktop where everything is done openly and you can interfere with it. Not so in a laptop.
