Try replacing the display lamp. Part # 65T2531Y01 LAMP LOC# SFL1 at about $12. At pacificcoastparts.com Easy to install after unsoldering lcd display. Don't be intimidated, it's easy. Good luck

Clean the contacts of the connections if that does not work it is time to call a tech or replace the face plate could be faulty.good luck.
