Problem for Olympus EVOLT E-410 Digital Camera
I am unable to download my pictures from the E410 to my PC.

I have downloaded many times before but cant do it now
When i connect the camera to the PC I get the storage, control etc message on the E410 screen and the D drive on the computer. After this the screen on the camera turns black and when i click on the D drive on the PC it says access denied.
Request if someone could help me with a solution

- I have exactly the same problem with my E410, it just started yesterday! When I connect and press storage, it won't leave the "One Moment" screen. I just don't understand why it would happen out of nowhere, it was fine literally 2 days ago and I haven't changed anything.Looks like I may need to get a card reader as I can't seem to find any solutions on the web.

- geeze, i have a e510. i cant download the pics, for the first time, to my pc! when i press the center ok button from STORAGE, all i get is a ONE MOMENT. any idea of what could be wrong!? thanks! gina- girltoySolution #1

Not really a solution, but have you tried using a card reader attached to your computer instead of sing the camera. had a similar issue with a Nikon and using a card reader allowed me to continue to use the camera. you can find them on ebay for under $5
