Not IMEI no because that modem has not providing imei no so you will found spc code 6nos code to unlock easily on your huawei ec 150 model reliance modem to found spc code by using dfs software to easily found

how to use reliance net connect in pc but i dont have the set up cd with me

check the modem installer if there is a need to install the driver for usb port of your modem to your pc.

Please check the huawei website for the driver. If unavailable please check this website:

If its USB , Xp should sort itself out and use the default usb drivers when you plug it in

If not , go to device manager - can you see the NIC modem in there?

If you can but theres a yellow ! next to it , right click it , select update driver and go through the steps to search for and install the driver software
