- spot on no continuity also checked power into coil at time of release found to be 150 v

-   Recently the soap tablet container does not spring open during cycle. Catch seems OK and nothing blocking it from opening. Any suggestions or do I have to get the engineer as I do not know how to open the mechanism to check-   anden

this can either be the dispenser itself or the module which drives it. for a start, split the door and check continuity thro the dispensor coil. can also be caused by the plastic parts distorting. actuate manually and see if door flys open
