The Sanyo SCP-2700 cell phone does not support 'browsing' or file transfer. The suggested course of action is to upload the photos to Picturemail - please be sure you have the Picturemail service and a data plan, otherwise it will get expensive.
Once the photos are uploaded to Picturemail, you can download them to your PC singly or as a ZIP archive.
I am assuming you have the cable needed to connect up to the computer? You would need to purchase the software of motorola phone tools ..IF you would like there is a free trial of it available from Motorola's website from there its a walk thru install. If you dont want to go that route you can also download a freeware called BitPim which will allow you to connect up to you phone and load the necessary drivers.. You want to first install the software and then plug you phone in. The cable needed for most phones is the mini USB which is actually used with most digital camera for the same purpose. Let me know how it goes.
Usually you can down load the driver/photo smart software you need. Go to your provider web page and see if they have it for a free download. Also when you put pictures on a CD at a store, those CD come with photo smart/share software that you can use. If you have internet access, you can send the pictures to email, then open your email and save the pictures in the computer.
