Question about Apple iPod mini 2nd generation MP3 Player
Is there a fix for this problem?
If your music still plays and the iPod is recognized by iTunes when you plig it in, make sure you have all of your music backed up on you computer's hard drive.
You should plug the iPod into your computer and use iTunes to restore the factory settings. If you download music off of P2P software like Limewire, You may have had a virus that slipped past your virus scan software. There could also have been an issue with one of the automatic updates.
If this doesn't work, you should try the apple.com troubleshooting site. It's generally very good.
