firstly check the cable, some times it may in loose contact
otherwise any radiation equipment is located near by the amplifier,
sol. replace the location of the amp. and check cable loose contact
other wise
it is due to its amplifier IC problem, it is weak due to over load signal, or temperature of IC make leakage
sol.replace IC

Sounds like the speakers are not plugged in to the computer, or are plugged in to the wrong socket.
The speaker socket on a PC is usually green, a 3.5mm stereo socket.

hi there,
The problem is actually from the speakers themselves. If it's not a year old you might want to bring it back to the store where you purchased it for a warranty repair or replacement.
Sadly the problem is inside the speaker and it could be a loose connection inside. If you're comfortable enough you can try to open the speakers and check inside for any loose wires which cause unstability of sound or for any loosed fittings from the magnet.
Hope this helps!
