It is probally a bad stick of ram (memory). I had the same problem and it turned out to be bad ram. Replace your ram and the problem should go away.

My computer with windows xp after a while dumps its memory

First off, have you installed any new hardware or software/drivers recently?

Random memory dumps are caused by out-dated or incorrect drivers, or malfunctioning hardware.

In most cases you can reference an error message by going into your event logs using

start, run
type
eventvwr.msc
Click on system or application

Dr Watson is a program in windows xp that is used to diagnose these error messages. Look at this link

Blue screen physical memory dump?

This is called the Blue Screen of Death or BSoD, this usually happen if u plug in or insert any new hardware. If u have recently added any new hardware, try it out, after plugging off the newly inserted hardware.

Computer restarting again and again and shows a blue screen with "Beginning dump of physical memory." Also when i scan the system using kaspersky internet security antivirus it got restarted and i couldn't...

sometimes it happen because you have installed a driver recently and it is creating a havoc there. try to run in safe mode and restore the configuration to the previous one.

other options, is that a memory went bad. try to read what error is telling before the beginning dump of physical memory.

if one bank of memory is bad, try running your computer with one of the banks at the time.

Blue screen - Memmory_Management

You have the blue screen of death unless you have tweaked your PC to stop without restart it is difficult to read the error.

Did you upgrade from a x86 (32bit) ot x64 (64bit) version of Windows XP or Vista?

Windows (5) XP to Windows 7 - wet7xp_x86.exe

Windows (6) Vista to Windows 7 - Windows6.0-KB928635-x86.msu

Did you run the Windows7UpgradeAdvisor first ?

There maybe Memory Issues with your PC using Windows 7 especailly your Video Card Memory , it a good idea to check you motherboard for memory compatibilty some Motherboards wont take High Density Memory with Windows 7, check here at Crucial Scanner

If you post your HTML result of the Windows 7 upgrade checker to this post I maybe be able to help you further.

If all this fails I suggest that you do a complete install of Windows 7 unless you just have the upgrade pack, please check that you are using the correct version for your PC either 32bit or 64bit as shown above.

My windows suddenly shows "beginning memory dump"

It sounds like you might having a problem with RAM. A couple of questions for you:
1. Are you running any particular type of application before getting the blue screen?
2. Have you recently upgraded your PC with more RAM?
3. Also how much RAM do you have? You need at least a minimum of 1 gig of RAM to efficiently run Vista...even though this might not be causing the problem, but it does help overall performance/

Another thing that you can try is looking in the Event Viewer and then tell me any error messages that you see. To get to the event viewer...Click on Start --> Run --> type in eventvwr.msc and press enter. Once in the event viewer look under System and see if there are any error's that occurred around the time the blue screen came up.

Just in case that its RAM...try this downloading this tool (memtest )to diagnose any issues with RAM --> http://www.memtest.org/.

Missing file

you have a corrupt driver, try a system restore to a day before this happened as you may have updated a driver which is not compatible from microsoft with automatic updates, or it's because of software that has recently been installed
