Question about Coby DVD-209
Not able to set up color
I work for Coby technical support. Our customer service phone number is 1-800-727-3592.
Do you have a button on your remote marked N/P or NTSC/PAL? If you do, try pressing it to see if this brings back the color. After trying that, if it doesn't work, or you don't have a button like that on your remote, look for a button marked PSCAN. If that doesn't work, please send an email to email@example.com. Please be sure to put "Request for tech support" in the subject line of the email.
