-   I also have the same problem on my unit. A Philips MP4 player model "SA5245/02" The problem started after I loaded images on it and I then deleted some images, because the unit took forever to update the library every time it was started up. While the unit was in the process of deleting, the screen went off. No matter what I did, the screen did not want to come back up again. I then followed the manuals instructions and pressesd the reset button
After that the unit came up with "Updating library", but does not complete the updating of the library. My unit is brand new and I have not even started to use it.
