I had the same problem, the first thing you want to do is make sure everything is off and you have to charge it for around 3 hours for the first time so make sure you let it charge until the red light stops blinking then make sure all the blades are correctly alligned then make sure the controller can turn on if thats all good then make sure you always turn the controller on first and then the heli and i figured out with the reflex that if you barely push up the throttle it wont even start to spin so push it up all the way or try the directional stick and see if it works

Usually synching requires one device started before the other, meaning that you may want to power on the transmitter, then turn on the heli and try the heli first, then the transmitter second if that doesn't work. Otherwise there's usually a small button that is pressed to get the two devices talking to each other.
1.Take out charging wires.
2.turn off your heli and insert charging socket into your heli's socket.
3.the charging green light will light up while charging.
4.charging complete, the green light will turn off.
5.pull out the wires and you are ready to fly. Let the heli's battery cool down for approx. 15 minutes before charging.
the cause of this issue is hair or something preventing the tail rotor to spin properly.. i had this issue and checked mine over very good, noticed the hair in tail rotor, and then took a needle to fish IT ALL out.. if u dont get it all.. it wont trim properly cause it cant spin fast enough
I'm afraid this is nothing unusual. Many helis run the same amount of time. Unless you have modified your battery setup you will be using nimh batteries and they are renowned for losing power and storage ability whilst not in use. You give almost no information so it's impossible to give any definite answers. How old is the battery? are you charging it with the correct charger? How fast did you run the heli? I ran two of the exact same helis only yesterday and I was lucky to get both of them off the ground three times before the batteries died and when Nimh die they just die very fast with little warning. Perhaps you could reply with more information as to the age of the battery etc as above. Just remember that batteries only have a limited life and with poor maintenance their lifecycle drops dramatically.
Issue: Heli spins to the Left (counterclockwise) uncontrollably. Problem: Tail rotor not turning fast enough, Dragging. Background: My son's Heli Cage also started spinning to the left after he had flown it a couple 3 times. The trim and direction stick could not compensate. One time, the tail rotor came off during a crash. It was put back on and ran fine a couple more times until the dreaded left spin. I began to troubleshoot the issue. I checked for damage, hair and whatever else on the shaft. There was no obvious signs. When I pulled the tail rotor off, I noticed that it came off very easily. I put a new one on it and problem solved. Diagnosis: the tail rotor shaft was spinning inside the rotor. This prevented the tail rotor from turning the correct speed. Corrective Measures: replace rotor with new one. Avoid hitting the rotor while it is spinning...good luck! :-)
make sure there is no debris such as hair thread or string caught in the back rotor. this will cause it to lock up. Remove it and try fiddling with the trimmer button to help it stop spinning the helicopter
make sure both heli and controller are off and batteries are new and then plug wire into heli and then turn controller on it doesnt matter abc, abc is just the frequency to controll heli just match with the letter under the heli
