If you are in windows, click on start, then restart computer. It has been rebooted.

You can get them from the manufacterer or got to staples or best buy if you know one of the repair people there. I know staples has a library of restore disks.

Look in BIOS during reboot, make sure the hard drive is detected. Run hard drive test and memory test. Use BIOS feature to setup boot options and boot order, set all to default. Reboot.

Toshiba 350b satallite laptop won,t boot up have power but no hard drive activity

First - re-seat the harddisk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot andgo into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If itdoesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty. Then the hard drive needsto be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer orlaptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioningcomputer/laptop again.

Yes to memory, no to hard drive, however you could take a image, replace with a larger drive and repartition and image it from the saved one, using partition magic and something like Ghost

Toshiba satellite A135-S2276 cannot get pass bios password and none was set

Try removing internal battery this is ussually a small battery on the motherboard which keeps in its memory date and time ,hard drive details ,passwords etc.
Some batteries are easily removeable some have to be desoldered so it losses whats in its memory. The laptop is then switched on to see if the password is gone.. Then battery put back. Some laptops have to be taken to manufacturer to take password off..Good luck

Toshiba A135-S2276,If the mother board is bad would your usb hubs still get power? On my laptop they still work, could there be another problem preventing it from posting at all, just a black screen

They can still get power depending on the issue with the motherboard.

You should try:

Resetting the memory
Booting with only one memory stick
Booting with the hard drive out
Booting with the battery and cd / dvd drive removed.

If none of those work then the motherboard is probably toast :(

HOW CAN i LOCATE ANDD REMOVE MY TOSHIBA

Your Toshiba Hard Drive is accessed from the bottom of the computer. The Hard Drive is behind the panel, under the Z and X keys or the PCMCIA card slot. Here is a site I found that might help...
http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/toshiba-satellite-a135/remove-mainboard-1.htm

It covers a bit more than you asked for but it'll get the job done.

Does the toshiba satellite a135 s2276 accomodate a second hard drive?

You won't find internal room to place a second hard drive, if that's what you're asking. Most laptops simply do not have the internal space, especially thin-line units.

What you could do for extra storage space is purchase an external drive.

When I turn my Toshiba Satellite A75 on, after the logo disappears I get the error code "press any key to reboot" however the laptop will not reboot no matter how many times I press a key.

If your laptop has a recovery partition, boot from the recovery partition and repair windows. If not, attempt to obtain Windows recovery disks or a fresh copy of Windows to install on your laptop and reformat the Hard-Drive. When formatting a hard drive for windows, NTFS is the standard and recommended format.

A135-S2276 does not turn on

Try removing the memory and hard drive. Replace just one memory module and see if it comes up. If it does, replace the hard drive and bring it up. If that works, try replacing the other memory module.
If it doesn't, get back to me for more ideas.
Thanks!
