I can not open the laptop even all the scews take off . Please tell me how can I open the system so that I can remove and replace the cd rom . thanks.

Check under the battery compartment and check if any labels are covering any screw holes. Further, there might be internal clips holding the bottom in place as well.

You might be better served by just getting an inexpensive laptop considering how cheap they are right now.
