Do you ask: how to remove CDrom DISK stucked into a CD ROM drive you cannot open in a laptop?
OR
You need to replace CD ROM DRIVE hardware unit in a laptop?
Wich Model in this case? Fixed unit or Combo?
Did you checked manufacturer documentation?
