Question about GE WBVH6240F Front Load Washer
We hooked up a GE front load washer model wbvh6240. It had never been used but it was sitting on the "showroom" floor for awhile and was in storage for about 6 months after we purchased it. Anyways, the problem we are having is that suds keep appearing in the floor behind the washer. Where are they coming from? There's very little water mostly just suds. It usually happens after I've washed 2 -3 loads of clothes in a row. The suds are in the floor behind the washer towards the left side. I have seen a few suds near a hole that has a plastic cap over it on the back of the washer. I don't know what that hole is for and I've only noticed suds there once. Can anyone help me? We just built a new house so this may be a drain issue and not related to the actual washer. I'd hate to have the builder knock a hole in the wall if it is actually the washer : )
Are you using he detergent,,,or low suddsing detergent,,,i believe your putting to much detergent,,and not the right detergent,,,to test run a load with no soap,,and see if you get water on the floor..onthejob
