Generally speaking, you'll clean up your iPod with iTunes to erase unwanted songs and add new songs. You have two ways to delete music from iPod with iTunes, and they can be helpful when you want to get rid of the unwanted songs. iTunes provides automatic and manual methods to help you manage the songs in your device. When you are using the automatic way to manage iPod music, every time you connect iPod to computer with USB cable, your iPod will sync with iTunes Music library. If you have your iTunes Music library organized, you can delete unwanted music from iPod with this easy method. If you want to manually edit your iPod music, you can check Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically in iTunes by clicking Edit > Preferences > Devices. Then you can manually sync the songs and playlists to your iPod with iTunes. How to Delete Music from iPod
It's very easy. Tap "Songs" to see all of the songs on the device. Tap an album, artist or playlist name, then tap on the song you want to remove. Slide your finger to the left across the song title to pull up a "Delete" option. Tap "Delete" to remove the song from the iPad.
1.Go to Settings
2. Go to General
3. Go to Usage
4. Wait for Storage to load
5. Go to Music and swipe
6. Delete will pop up
7. Press Delete
This will delete ALL songs, but will not remove the music app.
There you go.
you should be able to go into itunes and delete the songs, then sync your iphone again.
If that doesn't help then I would go into the apple store and see why not.
you can also just call apple for support for free if you are an at&t subscriber
To delete songs from your device follow the steps below You have to make sure that the device is on MSC mode...then make sure your device is plug in to the computer..Then go to programs - accesories - windows explorer, find the SanDisk in my computer, go to media, music and delete them from there. Either under sync panel in your windows media player it will show your music when it's connected. just click the plus signs for what song you need to get rid of, right click and click delete. To
format it..on your device..go under..menu, setting and there should be
a format option option there..And its depend on the size of the songs...it could take about 50 music..once again it depends on the size of the music... let me know if that doenst work for you... Hope this helps
hello angel08 have you tried it this way ,Plug the unit into your computer with the cord, hopefully you have
that, and if you don't have the software that came with it, open
Windows Media Player. Click onto the Sinc tab and click on the plus
sign next to the music folder of your unit (if the computer has
recognized it, that is). Then right click on any song and select
delete. Hope this helps.
