Started smking

Well, if it started smoking then it could be a few different things. First you need to clarify what was going on at the time it happend. Like, did you have it turned up loud? What are the ohms going to the amp from your speakers, you could have been running it below it's maximum rating for ohms. What kind of setup basicly are you running on it is what I'm asking then I could lead you to maybe the start of the problem or where to start looking. But it sound like you shorted out the power supply or the output transitors or both. Let me know what I asked then I can give more info.
