Same thing here. The player is a few years old, but we've only used it about 5 or 6 times. Today, I go out there and nothing but a dead box. Maybe the power supply caps are dried up.

same thing. Blue light on, no one home.........can not open door, turn off. When unplugged and plugged back in, the light stays on and nothing works...........the cap sounds like an easy fix, but is there a better cap to replace the defective one with? Just curious if anyone knows. Thanks!!1

I had the same problem. I took it apart and found a blown capacitor on the power board. It was a 10v 1000Uf high temp. capacitor. I replaced it with a new one and the dvd player worked fine. The capacitor can be ordered for a couple bucks and replace easily if you know how to solder.

I had a problem similar to this. I fixed it by toggling through the top buttons on the remote control. Sometimes the wrong button gets pressed and the remote cannotcontrol the unit it is supposed to. i.e. make sure TT320 remote has good batteries and then make sure if it has other buttons on it like TV, cable, DVD etc that the correct one is pressed to control the TT320. My TV remote would not control my TV and by chance my kids had pressed the satellite button so I had to press the cable button and then the controller startedto control the TV again.

try to clean the lens with a lens cleaner.if the problem is still there, then your lens is defective.you should have it repaired.

Tru tech tt320 dvd player

When I install a disc my monitor indicates "loading" for a few minutes then "no disc" for several before the floating "dvd" appears. Meanwhile, on the remote, except for the "off/on" and "eject" buttons, no other button works. Please copy youngruss@aol.com on your response. Thanks
