Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: My steam mop is spraying
A little bit of duct tape might fix the problem? Or some putty...... Don't burn your leg :)

I have the same problem. One day it worked, the next time I used it the steam shot out the side. I am in the process of taking it apart to clean it with vinegar. I will let you know if that works.
I have the same problem. The steam is coming out of a hole on the side of the machine and not at the bottom. I have only used it 6 months.
What is it, is it a worldwide "steam out the side" revolt, I have the same problem, have taken it apart & put the vinegard thru it, no go.
