Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
Everytime i try to burn a CD it says the softwear//burner cannot be found.
we havent done anything differently
my dad even bought a new burner and installed
and it said it still couldnt read it
what do i do?
Go to the Device Manager. Start>Right-Click on My Computer>Properties>Hardware tab>Device Manager. Find your CD/DVD in the list of hardware and click on the "+" sign to expand it and see your brand and model of CD/DVD device. If there is a yellow! or a redX then it is either disabled are is corrupted, just right-click and update driver.. Even if it does not say anything, right click it and update driver. Sounds like your CD ROM has driver problems.
