The Arcitec series shavers have a very poor design and shaver heads can not be disassembled like the older model that you had. The blades can not be removed from the assembly that contains them. The only way to clean them is to run thm under hot water or ren them in an alcohol solution. Unfortunately, this method still leaves much to be desired.
Many users of the Arcitec models report having to change the heads twice as often because of this.

Cant change to tops on my clippers

you mean you are trying to change the length guides on your shaver? You have to start by putting the top (with the teeth) on to the clipper part first and then pressing down on the back of it to clip it into place at the bottom of the clipper. So, place the guide on top of the clipper... slide it forward so that the curved edge of the teeth so they slide OVER the clipper blades... slide it back slightly so that the teeth are gripping on to the clippers then push down on the bottom of the at the opposite end of the teeth and it should click right in.

I can't figure out how to reinstall the heads after cleaning on my new Remington Microflex shaver? They just pop in on my old Norelco, am I missing something?

There are 2 locating holes on some of the Remington heads, and two corresponding locating pins on the hair pocket.

Other than that, the combs need to slide into the retaining bracket , they aren't just held in like a Philips/Norelco.

Springs fell out

I did get it fixed. I kept looking at it and studying it and I finally figured out that the small, gold head is where they had to go. I pushed on it and it finally fell out. I saw two small holes that looked like they were the same size as the springs. I put them in and when I put the piece back in the razor, the spring lined up with 2 small pegs on the inside. I snapped the head in place and the gold bars then moved up and down with a little resistence. I turned the shaver on and it worked just fine.
