Question about Ovens
Re: Whirlpool Gold Oven, Model #GW395LEG20
I pushed the Timer "off" button, and it became inverted. We were able to get the button "out," but then when we turned the oven off, first it came back on at 350 degrees, then 500 degrees, then displayed the message "EO F2" with a lock icon. We can't find our user manual. How do we reset the system?
The solution was to hold down the "start" button for five seconds, which reset the system. I figured out that I had entered the model number of my oven wrong (mistaking a "Z" for a "2"). When I re-entered the correct model number in the "search for manual" section of the Whirlpool site, I was able to access the user manual and find the section that walked me through the correction.
