Question about SanDisk Sansa E280 MP3 Player
I got this thing about two years ago didn't have a problem like this until l earlier this year instead my screen was turning different colos like red and blue but I formatted it and everything was fine. But now its back and I thought I just had to format it again but I tried that about 4 times and its still doing the same thing!!!!!!!!!!! Wat can I do to make it work again.
Try this from another user - let me know if it works:
ok so i called 1-866-sandisk and she told me how to fix it. you just flip the key lock at the top so you see orange, then hold down the record button. then you should get some sort of message on the screen. then you plug it in and under my computer a file should show up. you open it and make a folder in it called sansa.fwm (i think thats the right folder name, if not, try sansa.tmp or email me). then you unplug it and it should say formatting or something like that. once its done it should work.
