Did you lose the camera or the software ?

Most manufacturers make the software available on their support website. You need to identify the make and model of the webcam, not the laptop, in order to dig up the software.

You also need to tell us which Operating System (and version) you are using. The laptop model is way down the list of things people need to know. If the webcam is built-in, state that.

most pre-installed microsoft office on a brand new laptop are just a trial, you need to re-install a fresh copy of MS Office, much better to install a Office 2007. In order to install it one option is to purchase a copy of MS office original to a retail store near you, but it's quite expensive.
