Hi,
Charge the phone for 10 minutes.
Press down the volume up button and hold it and then press the power button for a few seconds . The device will restart.
If you slept on it you might of got the keys stuck. so find one of the solved problems to open up your keypad and check if theor stuck or if the cabel is loose.

my phone does this ever so often... you will lose all the data on the phone. with the phone off take the sdd card out and then while holding the volume button (+ or - changes from phone to phone... hold the volume camera and power button and wait for the screen you dont ever see, if you stop holding or hold the wrong volume button it will not work... then when that screen pops up hit your menu button on the touch screen, use the volume button to scroll down to system restore or what ever its called and select it with the camera button... then reboot your phone.
1. Turn off your phone when it's not in use. If you're not using your Verizon Wireless Razr, then shut it off. Your battery will last much longer if you regularly do this. 2. Charge your phone less. If you charge your Razr nightly, then your cell phone battery won't last long. Try to charge your phone only a few times a week to extend the battery life. 3. Keep your Bluetooth turned off when you're not using it. Applications, like Bluetooth, are notorious for sucking the power from a cell phone battery. 4. Protect your Razr from extreme temperatures. Your cell phone battery lasts longer if kept at room temperature. 5. Discharge the Razr fully. Before you charge your phone, let it completely die. You can extend the life of the battery by regularly discharging and then fully charging it. 6. Leave the battery in the phone. Keep the Razr battery dry and free of dirt to prolong its life.
I have a droid x and keeps turning off and on randomly, I took it to Verizon and they factory reset the phone and reset the battery but it didnt fix it! so I end up getting a new one on the mail!(warranty) but the new replacement does the samething! took it to verizon store and they did the samething, except that this time, they gave me a new battery! but stil does the samething! can someone help me with this?
Thats what my phone does when the battery is dead. perhaps it did not charge last night. see if the phone will turn on while connected to the charger. if so, the battery is dead or defective.
