the fuel is lean on the bottom, i dont know if the power commander can add some fuel or not. Why disconnect air injection, also if disconnected is the exhaust leaking.

SOURCE: Triumph TT600 stalls during deceleration

under your air box on left side is kind of a round canister pretty small called stepper motor has 4 vacuum lines one from each carb annd 3/8 hose that runs up to air box usually 3/8 hose comes loose or falls off has to have good seal you can tell if its working look in from left side of bike through fairing when idling should see four vacuum lines pulsing if not check 3/8 hose and vacuum lines if all are intacked its probably the stepper motor they are two peice has teflon piston inside if bike ever went down oil goes int airbox down 3/8 hose into it and gumms it up run about $50

Get a Haynes Manual. I work on my own bikes with a Factory Manual, The Haynes or Clymer Manual and a Parts Book. If you are going to do your own work you need these books. Period.

Hi, my 2002 Triumph tt600 keeps dying and the speedometer keeps shutting off while I'm riding, which wire(s) do i need to look at to fix this problem?

Im just throwing this out there. Im not familiar with the TTs but I am familiar with the 955s and it sounds like a position sensor ( cam or crank) starting to go bad and grounding out.

My 2002 triumph tt600 is overheating and i already put a new hose on it any clue

There is a temperature sensor on the side of the engine which may be faulty. Before replacing it, try cleaning the electrical contacts as these can get dirty and cause erratic readings.

Does changing the fuel map smooth the power delivery

A power commander won't help as I believe it is an issue with timing and not fuel delivery. I bought my 2000 and it came with a Power Commander. I tried messing with the fuel with little change in the results. I recently bought a 2002 ecu on ebay and swapped it in. It runs a lot smoother down low although the 5k-6k area feels a little flat so maybe I'll increase fuel there. I really should get it dynotuned at some point. If you're willing to swing the money, buy a Tuneboy instead of a power commander.

Tt600 performance parts?

There are no mass-produced engine parts for the 600/650cc, so you'd be looking at custom built parts. There are ecm programs (e.g. power commander and tuneboy) that will help with power as will aftermarket mufflers.
