I don't know if this will help you or not. but this is the site for most off brand equipment handled by target and wal-mart stores. Aloha is a brand handled by target and home depot (I think) anyway here it is, hope it helps...

I'm pretty sure that home depot does sell remotes for that brand, although you may have to buy a new receiver to go with it. Otherwise try a lighting store near where you live. They seem to be able to order things like that.

SOURCE: Hampton bay celing problem. the fan turns on and

Hey there,
Two things:
Try the dimmer option (if available)
Get a chair, place it under the fan, stand on it, get the remote right up next to the antenna and try it.
If it functions at close range (Like mine) I'd exchange the remote package (fan and hand helds)
If not, recheck the internal wiring. They do a nice job telling you what goes where. There are supposed to be a few loose ends also. (The onboard switches)
Best regards Mike

SOURCE: I have the Hampton Bay 5-Light Track Lighting

Skill, patience, preseverance, and experience. You ned to cut and strip the wires so they "just fit" into the space provided leading to the connectyion screws. no room for stuffing , and no extra wiggle room for and bends or kinks .. You mightb try mounting the wires and then pushing the extra wire back up intio the ceiling junction box, thats what I do.

Where is a Hampton bay repair center in Mich. I need a the part hangs the celing fan to the Elc box.

Hampton bay is owned by home depot and to the best of my knowledge there are no repair centers for hampton bay fans. That bracket can be purchased (or ordered) from home depot. You could try searching "king of fans" online, they manufacture hampton bay fans for home depot.

Hampton Bay Ceiling fan wobbling

The fan came with one or more clips and some small weights that easily stick to the blade. Now with the clip you put it in one of the blades, starting from the far end and coming inwards, little by little. Try putting the clip in the middle of the fan and turn on the fan and see if it continues wobbling, if it continues wobbling try moving it to left and right and every time turn on the fan and see what happens. When you find the correct spot, there you glue the small weight.

Instalation tips, no manual with used fan

Hi, The bracket is like a cup with the downrod fitting into in with a ball and socket type arrangement. When the downrod ball is in the socket there is enough room to slide the receiver in, fold the antenna over the receiver when you put it in. It does not need to stick out. The whole thing is covered with the bracket cover and nothing shows. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

The replacement remote will work fine. All you have to watch out for is that the remote receiver and the remote transmitter are a matched set.

Ceiling fan does not reverse with remote

Just reporting that I called Hampton Bay about the remote not working to reverse the fan. I was told that I needed to have the fan running on low and then press reverse on the remote control. If that doesn't work, customer service told me to press reverse while running the fan on medium. (Some fans are set to reverse on low and others on medium.) Nowhere in the manual is this addressed. I had been pressing reverse with the fan turned off, which seemed to me a logical thing to do. Live and learn.

Fan won't go on

It's probably the electronics inside the fan. They may need replacing. http://www.ceiling-fans-n-more.com/hampton-bay-ceiling-fan-parts.php
