you check the ink and I know some power cables short out have you tried replaceing the power core and even check if your breaker is of or lose and check see if a switch turns that outlet on and off
the device takes too long to warmup. try switching off then back on when you see the message. if that does not work you will have to call for a technician i'm afraid. good luck
