Question about Epson Stylus Photo RX500 Printer
My father had a Cyan ink cartridge that was leaking. He replaced it, and the black. Upon replacing these cartridges we are getting an Error that says we are out of Magenta, light cyan, light magenta, and black. It has the red ! and will not allow us to print. I've reinstalled the drivers, gone in with a damp rag to get some of the leaky ink in case it was covering the cartidge receptors. Nothing has fixed it.
This problem needs to be addressed by an Epson service center. It needs disassembled and probably needs parts replaced that the leaking ink damaged. Sorry.
