Hook your USB cable into the device and into your computer. Your computer should acknowledge a new device. The easy way to move mp3 music is:
Click the START button on your desktop (bottom left)
Click COMPUTER or MY COMPUTER
Look for REMOVEABLE DISK and click it open
Look for a folder called MUSIC and click it open
Drag folders containing the music you want to listen to into the MUSIC folder.
SAFELY disconnect the device from computer.

I had this problem to but with another music player it is a problem thats common its the driver you need to download and install it. I just checked on Delstars website and they are going to put up the drivers soon to download so just keep checking back when it comes back. www.delstar.net
Just connect the usb cable to both units (player & hard drive). If nothing opens up automatically for you, you can go to "My Computer" on your desktopand you will be able to see the the divice in there.
Just open it up and click on the item inside that box , then you can copy and past (or just drag and drop) it over into the box you opened up.
i think you should check the file type of the music you download. maybe it does not match with the one that should be dowloaded in your mp3 player. but im not that sure. just check for the other answers. try to download some audio or mp3/mp4 converter to convert the one you download with to the one that you want to download on your mp3. like for example. music.mpeg to music.wav or music.mp3, something like that
If you mean to put music to the player, plug it in onto the another available computer to see if it works. Or format the player. If you still having problems, you can upgrade the firmware of this product.
