Question about Samsung Propel A767 Cell Phone
Mine also did this. It only does this when you do not have signal. If you do have signal and it still does this you just need to call ATT and confirm it with them. They ended up sending me a new one that has better software on it for free.

Check your service bar. If they are grey turn your phone off and then just turn back on.

This normally happens when a valid SIM card is in place, but does not have an active service account. Make sure your sim card is inserted properly and not damaged. If it is call your service provider and check your account status.
