Make sure you clean and dry the wall that you are sticking the shower head to. It is OK for water to touch the exterior, but not the interior. Also, make sure there is no cracking or degradation of the suction cup. Also, this is posted in the wrong section.

Water leaking not just comming out of spout

Sounds like your water outlet is clogged. Open the head and push up the cup holder to remove. When out, clean out the tube at the bottom of the holder with a paper clip or something similar (I use a cake tester - long skinny metal rod. This will clean out any clogs in the output path. Also remove the bottom part of the cup holder and clean it too. Put back together and place back in brew head the way it came out. (Caution - some models you have to twist the cup holder to remove, and some it just comes straight out). There are many you-tube videos that will show you this also.

Contact Keurig. They are great about replacing them. They usually only ask for the cup dispenser and will send you a new one

it could be grind stuck in the (yes the, as in the only) hole in the filter cup. remove the filter cup from the cup holder (the thing with the black handle) and use the tiny pin in the little brown tool to push out whatever is in there. you may have used to fine a grind or stuffed the filter cup too much. careful, that is how you break the plastic filter holder ring.

for calcifying, i just use plain white vinegar. i put it in straight into the clear water holder, about 3/4 cup, then i run it throuhg a bit, let it sit 5 min, run it through a bit, let it sit 30 min to an hour. depending on the day, i repeat a few times, rinse with clean water. i do this about every 2 months.

No water coming through the head after prime etc

I have the same problem. I disassembled the unit body from the boiler. There was some scale, which I cleaned out. However, everything was flowing through the orifices with gravity -- no need to use a pipe cleaner because nothing is clogged.

So then I started tracing the flow of water. There is only one thing between the boiler and the shower head: the solenoid valve (in diagram ER0182 part # 27).

Sure enough, the solenoid valve will not accept water through the orifice that would route it to the shower head. Of course, this is with the solenoid unplugged and removed from the system. I soaked the orifice end of the solenoid valve in some decalcifiying solution in the hope that the solenoid piston may be jammed with a bit of scale.

Now I'm going to reassemble and hope for the best. However, my guess is that my solenoid valve needs to be replaced. Everything else is working (pump, valves, tubes, etc.).

I will report back.

My Keurig B60, 1 month old is not brewing enough coffee

Check the needle inside the k-cup holder to ensure it isn't clogged. You can completely remove the k-cup holder and rinse it out using your kitchen sprayer to help loosen any debris stuck inside the needle. The needle is what punctures the k-cup and extracts the coffee from within the cup and can become clogged. Make sure when you replace the k-cup holder, that you align the arrows and snap the top or arrow-side in first. If simply rinsing your k-cup holder and needle don't do the trick, try inserting the end of a small paper clip into the needle to push out any remaining debris. This technique is actually recommended by the manufacturer, so it won't void any warranty or damage the needle. After replacing the k-cup holder back into the machine, try brewing a cup of coffee to see if it did the trick.

As a side-note, if you regularly use any "Hot Cocoa" k-cups, you need to make sure and immediately brew a cup of just hot water (no k-cup) to help clean it out and prevent the needles from clogging. The Hot Cocoa k-cups are notorious for clogging the needles up thus causing the problem you described above.

Hope that helps...best of luck!
