Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I'm trying to scan a document onto my computer but it's telling me to install or run device software. I don't have the information it's talking about. Is there any other way to scan a document onto my computer or to download the info needed. Thanks
Assuming you HAVE installed the software, and you're running Windows XP, I've seen this problem and the solution is on the HP Web Site here:
Obviously you'll have to paste the link all back together in your browser, there are no blanks in it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Their description is bad for XP firewall, ignore the UDP 427 Inbound. HP doesn't know they are all bidirectional anyway :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
