Have you read your book that came with your refrigerator if you don't have one go online with your make and model number and look up Samsung refrigerator then after you fine it print it up

I emailed Miele and this is what they reply:
Thank you for your interest in Miele products. That message is a ice fault. If the ice has stopped production, please turn the toggle switch off under the electronic touch panel. To find this please reference the owners manual on pages 7 and 9. I have included the owners manual in case yours is missing. If your machine still produces ice fine just shake the cubes around making sure none are built up along the back wall of the ice drawer. If this continues please contact our service department. Please reference incident number 2698767 should you need to call in.

Haven't tried yet, but will post again if it didn't work, otherwise should be the answer
