Question about Verizon Communications enV2 Cellular Phone
Ok well in class today I was txting and I tryed sending a txt and it didt go thro a a fue hours it was like this. so I decided to take out the batt and turn it back on but everytime since then the phone turns on and goes to my main screen but freezes then after about a min or so it restarts and keeps doing that I tryed a different simcard and I took out the memory card. I realy need some stuff thats in their like txt messages and phone numbers. ( I just got this girls # the outher day and I dont want to ask 4 it again she might think I realy wesent trying to keep up with it)
My phone was working perfectly fine yesterday morning. Then all of a sudden it just started freezing right in the middle of txt messages. It would just sit there and not do anything and like I tried pushing end and stuff but it still wouldn't do anything. So i started taking the battery out to see if it would fix it but it just keeps doing it. Calling people works fine just txting is screwed up. Help?
I have the env2 and it keeps freezing everytime i'm texting or writing in NOTES and its only when i click the space button on the front or inside keyboard! it looks that it has a crack screen on the bottom left corner but it doesnt
It will end up costing you about 15 dollars but take it to a repair shop for the provider you use and they should be able to save all your info and flash a new version of the software onto your phone but it won't be free, that's the only way to fix that without buying a new phone.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

LOL....well that is very hard but you will have to get the phone reflash.....to correct the issue if that does not help then you will have to get a new phone.

Try pulling out your memory card if you have one. i had the same problem and come to find out my memory card must have come loose from dropping the phone. It's working fine ever since I took i out and put it back in. Good Luck.
