There are all kinds of Oster Kitchen Center parts and attachments for sale on Ebay. Here is another site that sells Regency parts: http://www.Goodman's.net

Can you help me with my Regency problem? I bought a used one with the hopes of using a lot of the attachments including a meat grinder (did not come with), but now after receiving the OKC there is no hole in the side of the mixer arm to attach the grinder - there is a metal circle. Do I need to punch out this circle - like an electrician does with an electrical box? HELP

I bought a deni meat grinder but there was no cutting blade enclosed. The store is going out of business so I cannot exchange it. Now what?

Call the customer service number listed in the literature that came with your product. Even though the company is going out of business they should be able to ship you any missing parts.

Meat mashes when grinding

The knife and plate are either worn or are not tight before meat comes in contact. Always keep a knife and plate as a matched pair as they will wear into each other.

ORDERING PARTS

Hi Pamela. You haven't stated what brand, model # or type of machine that you have. I'm going to have to guess, and guessing is never good in this business. I'll guess that it's a Kitchenaid meat grinder since your post was under the Kitchenaid heading. If that's the case, then goto the Kitchenaid website www.kitchenaid.com and enter your model#, locate the parts catalog for your unit and download it. There you'll find the part numbers for the needed parts. You can order these parts directly from Kitchenaid. Be prepared to wait at least a month for your parts to arrive. The Kitchenaid Parts Dept. has only two speeds...Dead slow and stop. Good luck!

A full list of mixer fro Oster is available at this web site

http://www.oster.com/CustService.aspx?content=manualList&cid=1542&catName=Mixing
The customer service also is very friendly and can answer to all your question or concern.Consumer rating for small appliance is very questionable because the items in question are very generic and they are all realtes to the same market segment

Look under the mixing head on the bowl side. There's a square "tab" that looks like the one on the back side of the machine. Pull it towards the bowl to release the mixer head from the base.
