Question about Apple iPod shuffle MP3 Player
I have bought a new shuffle for my daughter. I already have a nano so have itunes on the computer. I have tried downloading itunes again but it keeps trying to download to F drive (the CD/DVD Ram drive) and will not allow it to be changed - when I open up itunes with the shuffle connected it keeps telling me to download itunes 7.2 or higher. So how do I stop it diverting to the F drive so that it can be on the C or D drive. Do I need to uninstall itunes and start again? Help please.
Have you tried downloading manually from:
If you can not select where to save it, maybe try using a different web browser, Firefox should do the trick.
Once downloaded, run the installer and it should update your current version.
