How do you remove DVD stuck in navigation system (by 4 users)

My three recently placed a CD in the DVD slot of the navigation system in my 2005 Dodge Durango.
How do you remove the extra cd

Two dvds were accidently stuck in the dvd that is built into the tv. Help!!

If you remove the unit from the dash the top, take off the top cover, no screws you can acess the CD slot. Remove the 4 screws holding the CD player in place and the ribbon cable and you should be able to remove the CD from the slot.
