I have just installed my brand new Kodak AiO printer driver onto my MacBook Pro. When attempting to print, this printer will not show up. I seem to be unable to add it manually. Help?

thank-you for your suggestions. I am embarassed to admit that it was a simple matter of needing to buy the appropriate printer cord. What I atttempted to use fit but did not do the trick..happy new year.

LET'S TRY THIS;

I think MAC calls the printer spoller the same; check the file for device management and make sure the spoller is selected ON.

SOME HOW SOME WAY THE SYSTEM HAS TO FIND THE PRINTER

Might try; AFTER DRIVERS AND ALL DIAGS RUN---------power down printer; restart system with printer power on first.

Koadak easy share all in one, won't print in bacl

Check the version of AiO software you are using. We had to re-install the Aio Kodak software yesterday because the print que did not register when I changed the ink cartridges. The AiO would scan, but the computer side still thought it was out of ink.

Perhaps the latest software will fix your problem too.

Kodak AiO home Center will not open

My son has the same model and issue. I had him go to http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/downloads/dln_ekn034524.jhtml?pq-path=12667 and get the latest software and firmware update.

Make sure to use the dropdown to select your operating system. The page defaults to XP.

The software is a new version of the AIO home center.

The firmware installer updates the physical printer. Before you run this program be sure to read and understand the instructions.

If both ink cartridges have good levels of ink, and you keep getting the clean the print head issue after updating both the software and the firmware, then call Kodak support. 1-800-421-6699, 7 A.M. to midnight Eastern time, 7 days a week. They will ask you if you put in new cartridges and installed the updates for the firmware and the AiO centre software. Be patient. They will get a solution for you.

Kodak AiO software

Hiya,

Here is the link to the Kodak clear utility tool for removing their software:

http://wwwuk.kodak.com/global/en/service/downloads/private/xp_vista_98_ClearUtility.jhtml?pq-path=12361

Select what software you need to remove from the drop down list, click continue and follow the instructions from there.

I hope this helps.
