Question about Audio Players & Recorders
I suppose it was yesterday afternoon while I had my mp4 player hooked up to external speakers and the volume is so low that you have to strain you ear to hear it. I have tried taking the volume down and bringing it all the way back up and it will not increase, and the volume control on the speakers makes it that much more lower what can I do
Without the brand name it is fairly hard to diagnose. However, it is obviously very new so I would recomend taking it back to where you bought it and getting a replacement. It's pretty much the only option for you.
All the best
