Question about Kenmore 57029 Side by Side Refrigerator
Whenever I activate my water dispenser I hear a click, but no water. I assume it's the solenoid, but I'm unsure how to troubleshoot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The water tube cracked how do I replace or extend it so I can attach it to the holder so the water comes out

Water keeps spueing out of the dispenser. Only way to stop is too turn off the water from the back. What do i need to do.

I had a similar problem on a frigidaire side by side. I think the water line may be freezing. My solution was to remove the filter inside the refridgerator and drain it and reinstall. This causes the water to flow into the filter and eliminates any ice in the tubing. I have not had the problem in a while. While not a true fix, it may help narrow it down.
Later on, I eventually replaced the microswitch on the door dispenser for an intermittent dispenser problem.
Hope this helps.

If you still get water to the ice maker, swap the water lines on the solenoid. Once you do the check the water dispenser. If you get water then it's the solenoid. Yes one side can go out and not the other. Hope this helps.
