Question about Motorola Cell Phones

Lots of Razr troubles!!!!

My daughter has a prepaid Razr... It is freezing up, the screen keeps blinking white and then it will go back to normal... When we try to text, it says fatal error 0x0000000002 plus a long website that we cant see all of it and then it says LINE #311... Anyone know what the problem is??? She dropped it in water about 3 months ago, but it worked just fine afterwards until now...

Motorola razr v3 app.2005

It depends on which carrier the prepaid was with.
if The original prepaid and your wifes plan are both with the same carrier then it should be no problem just swap the sim over.
eg ( telstra to telstra ) or Optus To optus.
If the v3 is an Optus predaid and your wifes sim is a telsra plan then it wont accept the sim as the carriers lock the prepaid phones to their network
