Try pressing the End of Cycle button on the far right for more than 3 or 4 seconds. It should reset.

This is a common issue with Whirlpool Duet washer however, your whirlpool duet washer needs a reset to resolve the control lock problem. Press and hold the END OF CYCLE button for 15 seconds to reset the control. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.
