Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Reformat MotoRazr V3xx

I'm trying to sync music from my Napster program to my cell phone. When I try to do this, the following message comes up:

My MotoRazr needs to be reformatted because my digital rights management software has become corrupted.

How do I fix this problem?

Thank you!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Having problems playing music frommy sandisk 4gb micro memory card on my motorola ve240 cell phone

I have a similar problem, the issue for me was windows media player was creating a folder called music on my sd card and uploading the music there during sync function. However, the phone only looks in the \my_music folder on the SD card. Sync your phone, then rename the newly created music folder to my_music and the player will work. Still looking for a permanent solution to this problem.
