It could be a number of things. First make sure that the breaker in your panel box has not kicked off. Also in mostbcases there is a small breaker box next to the outside unit that could have popped to the off position, usually not the case but could be. I would have someone go outside or go yourself after turning unit on to see if the fan is turning on the unitnand if it is, is the air cool or warm. It should be warm if its working. Also if it is a digital thermostat pop the face off take the battery out wait a moment or two and replace it. Just a few things I hope on helps you..
the system may be corrupted...i fixed mine by simply just holding down the power button till it shuts off...then i waited a few hours came back reset my powerstrip a few times...fixed the input cords and tv cords and it finally popped up saying somthing like "the system has been corrupted" then just hit ok and then it should restore

did you install the latest version of the software try looking for a windows XP version of the Acapella Multimedia. Another thing is that maybe the the salma and youssef sounds only work with the software, to help protect their software.
RunOnce is a setup page. You probably recently installed Microsoft Internet Explorer 7. When you first start it (or the next time if you ignore it) it comes up asking you for some configuration of IE7.
But it never hurts anyone to run a spyware scan on your computer. I advice you to use one of the following (or all of them, to be sure).
I had the same problem some have posted about. I had a lot of data on my drive and then one day it didn't show up in "My Computer" anymore. I had to assign a separate drive letter to the external drive.
Plug in the drive. Right click on "My Computer" Click on "Manage Click on "Disk Management" On the bottom half of the right side you should find "My Book" assigned to a disk number. Right click on "My Book" Click "Change Drive Letter and Paths" Click Change Select a new drive letter and hit OK
