Presario sr5013wm pcdesk top slow even trying to get to its own progams had troulbe since bought back in10 13 7 trying runnig back up disk there have been numerous tickets on on disk back up they sent me a set but they get error message 1005 so with that said just went to broard band and it is slow trying to use command prompt type what your sight says but it never reasponds it say it willcome back with message and ok but dont to reset int connection

You should try to Disk Clean up your hard drive, Defragment your Disk, Check your disk for any bad sectors and clear all cookies and temp files from your browser. Use either Ashampoo WinOptimizer, Advance Windows Care or Tune Up Utilities as an optimization software to optimize your system.
OK, it sounds bad, but you could try the windows system restore process: start programs, accessories, systems tools, system restore. Give that a shot. If that doesn't work, try to create a recovery CD using the program that is preinstalled on your system. Here is a link to the directions on how to do that, and also how to order CD's from the manufacturer.

may be u ahve so mnay start up applications running on takbar . typre msconfig on run thn go to start up tab and uncheck unwantd applications from starup... also use iolo system mechanic for a full pc clen up

If you care about your data I would install a good antivirus program if you are not using one . If you are using one make sure it is updated and perform a full system scan. Also if you have the newst version of Internet Explorer clear out your temporary internet files & cookies.
