I have the same freakin' problem. Just started tonight and I hadn't heard of it before now. I've had this phone for less than a year! With AT&T and my employee discount with the USPS I'm sure I can find another phone for free and just replace the piece of ****.

White screen on the inside, blue on the outside. No reason for it starting (not dropped or placed in water or anything). After a couple days the screen will periodically look like normal, sometimes just look very faded, other times nothing. This is my fourth Razr (first three were replaced under warranty) and I will never buy another Motorola product.

OK the Razas white screen appears to be a connection/electrical problem in its connector strip. I was surprised to find that if I handed it to a co-worker, that she could make it work by just turning it on an off (I could not get the same result) May sound like mombo jumbo but I think everyone has a different electrical field around them and if a person with a different enough field handles the phone it will come back. It's worked 4 time now. Not a joke!

i dropped my phone when it was open and face down, now the inside screen is white, but the smaller outside screen is fine and shows what should be on the main screen. did i just break the inside screen or is it something else inside the phone that i can fix? i've tried removing the battery, restarting the phone, dropping the phone again, trying to fix the metal strip in the top left corner, etc. I put a magnet to the top rt. hand side of the keypad and it affected the screen, but folling with the strip didn't do anything? please help!

HELLO EVERYONE.....I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, THEN I GOT PISSED OFF AND STARTED SLAMMING THE PHONE REALLY HARD LIKE A DECK OF CARDS, BUT THAT DIDN'T FIX IT. T THEN I THREW IT UP ABOUT 6 FEET HIGH AND LET IT SLAM DOWN ON MY TILE FLOOR, THAT DIDN'T FIX IT EITHER. THEN I DID THE MOST INCREDIBLE THING!! I DROPPED IT REALLY HARD DOWN ON ITS LEFT SIDE (PHONE WAS CLOSED) SO THAT IT HIT MY TILE FLOOR REAL HARD, AND IT FIXED IT !!! SO, GOOD LUCK SLAMMING YOUR PHONE ON A HARD TILE FLOOR, IT SURE WORKED FOR ME !!!

I had the same white screen problem:
Pulled the batter out and removed the black plastic sticker with the phone info on it and there is a magnetic sensor in the top right hand corner that needed to be pushed back into place. Seems to be working fine now.

I have the same problem with my phone, and used a kitchen magnet (fresh off the fridge) and you're right, the magnet seems to operate a switch near the hinge. So how do I fix it? :)

I dropped my phone and the big screen went white. The small screen on the outside is still fine. How can I get the big screen to display properly again?
