I have found that some boards don't like Nvidia graphics cards and play up when it comes to a particular graphical attempt. You can try the game and card on lower settings, but that defeats the purpose of the card, and make sure you have the latest directx (9C i think) installed You can try as i did some older graphic card drivers for your model as Nvidia now seem to make generic force drivers for all models. I had luck with different drivers for a while, but ended up buying an ATI graphics card and as of yet after a year had no graphic problems.

1 GB of ram? Check the software for minimum PC system requirements. It will say how many MHz is necessary to play the game.It will also give you what video card (min),RAM(min),DirectX (7 or Higher?) this game requires MINIMUM to run.Quite often the game will run,but poorly.Your AMD 2200 runs at 1800 which isn't lightening fast, but sufficient.I think the addition of at least 1 more GB of RAM is what you need,a total of 3GB would really make the computer happy when playing games.
Run this program from Microsoft to test your current memory for errors.
My computer is much like yours,I have XP Media-The 8600 card,a dual core 2.8 processor and 3GB of RAM.This setup will run a online racing game without hick ups at 1152 x 864 resolution. When I only had 1GB of RAM it would stutter like it was constantly trying to load the program,so I added another Gig and it started playing allot better. It couldn't keep up with Halo online until I added another 1GB for a total of 3GB.I am using a 32x version of XP,going to a 64x setup would improve performance even more.
Sorry,I'm talking too much.Try the RAM after you test what you have, you'll be glad you did!

Should i buy this graphic card i want to play arma 2 i have pendtium d 3.00 ghz and 2 gb DDR 2 667MHZ RAM

arma 2 is badly optimized, you should run it with that card, but only on minimal details, I would look for something more powerful, for example ATI Radeon HD4770 is cheap, power efficient and very powerful

This could be a problem with the game's memory allocation. Try installing the latest patch for the game. You can find the patch in the official website of the game. Also try reducing the graphics quality by turning off anti aliasing.

XFX GeForce 6200 LE 256mb ddr2 agp8x problem

Your card/ram/mainboard probably can't handle high temperature anymore or has weakened due to overclocking the agp/ram voltage.

Increasing processor's fsb might have an impact on the mainboard and so it has weakened.

You can try to remove the vga and test with onboard vga, if it's still has problems switch the ram (you can borrow your friend's), and finally if it's still has problems switch the mainboard.

GeForce FX 6800 Graphic... Problem

you should look for updated drivers -
If the problem persists, it might suggest a hardware problem.
It is a good idea to test the card in another machine and see if the same problem happens.(maybe in your friends computer ?)

Xfx 6200LE

Hi Pat, Sounds like a faulty video card to me. If the machine or video card is still under warranty talk to the manufacturer as they should replace any faulty hardware. If it's not under warranty I would suggest you swap the video card with another one if you have one or replace it entirely. Good luck, Bernard

Game textures problem

Try uninstalling the driver and all nvidia products, download the latest driver from nvidia's website. If that doesnt work, then your motherboard is the problem. Older AGP motherboards tend to have problems witht eh geforce 6200/6600 series cards, I recommend updating those drivers and seeing what the deal is.
