Question about Amazon Kindle Fire HD
My grandson erased all my books, apps, registration and now I can't even connect to my specific WiFi location
Sometime kindle Fire doesn't recognize your computer and wifi. For this you need to go through the following steps:
·Change the USB port from where it is currently connected to
·If it does not work then try to change USB cable
·You can also try a hard reset by pressing the Kindle Fire's power button for about 30 seconds
·Now Release the power button and again turn on Kindle Fire
·If the problem is not resolved then charge the Kindle Fire for longer time and then again tries hard reset on the device
·To know if your computer is working properly, you can also try connecting the Kindle Fire to a different computer
